For people of have not heard of the Bountiful Baskets it such a good deal. I may look into bringing it into Boise if I get enough help. But, it is a laundry basket full of fruits and Veggies. You don't know what you get until you pick it up but you can do it once a week, every other, or once a month; but I believe it is only $15 for all this food. You can also get bread, eggs, and I believe a few other items that due cost a little more. I will do my homework if people are intrested in this that live in Nampa or Boise please let me know. I have to have over 50 people to sign up before they bring a Semi in and for me to have training. Thank You!

My family came to Boise because Trent was deprived of no golf. Friday Conner got his teeth cleaned by Darcey and we all went to the Rigby State Basketball game then had pizza at Pizzalchik. Saturday ended up being a great day and all the boys went golfing and us girl went shopping. But, most important they all got to meet Max finally. Conner was a little nervous about him (which you don't blame the kid) but all things consider things went well overall.

1st off I have been lacking horrible about keeping up with my blog. We have not been doing much to having anything exciting to put up. This is what we did for thanksgiving. We went home for Thanksgiving this year, and of course I forgot my camera. This is what I have as of pics right now. We had a great time with my family. We played on my parents new RZR and it was so cold but it was fun! It was good seeing the grandparents and other relatives.

Labor Day Weekend:

Jon and I went up to Island Park with my Family and stayed at the cabin. We had a lot of fun just hanging out with Family and Friends.Thanks to the Stibals the boys went boating but I sure didn't get in the water, to me it was a little cold. We went to the Playmill and yes my Mom and Zan got sang too, went four wheeling, and camped out by the fire and had roasted marshmallows. Non-Stopped Weekend but a lot of FUN!!!

This last weekend was Jon's 30th birthday and he got so spoiled. He went clay bird shooting and his dad got him some special glasses. Then his parents took us out for lunch. He got a new toy for his bow and arrows and a Fuze MP3 player from all of us. I would say he had a wonderful day.

4th of July Weekend

Party Time!!!

I ended up going to my families in Rigby for the 4th this year. I have talked about it for so long now since it has been 6yrs last time I have gone. We had a lot of fun. There was a BBQ at my parent’s house on the 3rd and then we watch the Rigby Fireworks. It was great to see and spend time with friends and family. On the 4th we went to Island Park to the Cabin and it was none stop day there. We went four wheeling and had a great time with the Stibals. One thing that was missing was: my husband did not go and it had nothing to do with school this time oddly enough. Every year Jon has a Clay bird Shot Competition the weekend of 4th of July. For years now their team has wanted to take 1st place. 2years ago they took 3rd which is still great but this year they accomplished their goal 1st place finally. Congrats to the team. Then Jon's family from Cali came up for the 4th. So I missed out on their party but I did get to see the family for a little while before they headed back home which was exciting. I didn't get many pics. (So to the Family if there are any of you want to share pics I would like some copies emailed to us. thank you)

Crazy enough it may sound I went to California again, so yes 2 weekends in a row. I felt so horrible because John couldn't make this time because of school that is why we did it the weekend before. But in the last minute we were offered to go to California and spend time with my family in Disneyland for a couple of days (It was a short notice for everybody). I took the offer and had a blast. It was my sister in-laws first time ever gone and Conner’s too. Conner was so cute he loves planes and he was so excited to get on a big plane. He kept asking if we were in the sky yet, then finally when we took off he fell right to sleep and slept through the whole thing. Conner was so excited that he kissed Minnie right on her nose and she kissed him back. One thing that was so cute he said on the 2nd day because he was so tired he hadn't taken a nap he said, "I'm tired at Mickey’s placed today" You just can't help love the kid. And Gloria she was like a little kid she was fun to watch she had such a blast. Trent was funny to watch because he had such a blast putting his on light saver together at the Star Wars store. My little brother Zan there is nothing to say other then he is just out of control. My parents love Disneyland they can go from opening to close and it wouldn't matter how many times they have been there. Over all it was blast to spend time with the family. Great memory for the memory book.

When John and I got back from California we had to pick Max up at the boarding place, and don't get us wrong we hate having to take him there. He loves it and they love him but we just feel so bad doing it (who wants to tend a great dane anyways). Things were good they enjoyed his company which is always good, but we ended up with a problem. He got so excited to see us that he pulled his front leg muscle, and then the vet doc told us on top of it that Max needs to gain at least 10lbs. Problem is... he is not a big eater. So yes we are trying to fatten up our dog who weighs enough as is YEPY, and keeping him from going up and down the stairs for his leg to heal. GOOD LUCK!!! So he was pretty mope for a few days. DOING NOTHING!!!

OUR ROAD TRIP TO CALIFORNIA

John and I took a road trip to California for a few days or so called our short Vacation before he goes back to school. It was long drives don’t get us wrong on that, but we had a blast. We scored on our Hotel and our Disneyland tickets. Everything turned out perfect for us. Our hotel turned out great; the people there were very nice. Our room had two bedrooms, hardwood floors, granite counter tops with tile bathroom flooring (very nice). Our walk to Disneyland was about a 5min walk. Then on top of all that we paid hardly anything for our Disney tickets we found connections that was a little leery but it workout great. The weather turned out perfect not to hot and not to cold, in the evening a little chilly but that's ok (that is what pants are for). And over the entire crowd was not bad our longest wait in line was 40mins. We so lucked out!

The lesson that we learned over this trip:

It's nice to be young and being able to pack up and leave and take a 13 1/2hr drive to go and have a little fun!!!!

OUR NEW TOY!

It's been a while that I have blog anything. Things have been a little boring on my end, but our most exciting thing that has happened was that last weekend John and I bought a four wheeler (our new toy). We have always talked about getting one but I can't believe we made it happened. We got an amazing deal on it so we couldn't pass it up. So after registering it and all the things you have to do these days for Idaho we took it out on Memorial weekend and we had a BLAST. I can't wait to take it out more this summer and enjoy it.

DON'T YOU JUST LOVE SPRING WEATHER!

We usually can get the grill out all year around if the weather is decent enough. But yesterday was like the perfect weather not to hot and not to cold so Jonn pulled the grill out. John grilled some Italian Chicken which was really good. (John is a fabulous cook). But the only problem was.... he ran out of propane in the middle of the cooking so he had to get our camping grill out. OOPS that was my fault I was suppose to get a new tank. SORRY!!!

The weather is finally becoming so nice, I think Spring is finally here. Anyways I was enjoying the weather and I felt like trying to make my first Fruit Pizza, so I did and this is what it looks like. ~~~YUMMY!!!

For Easter, Saturday evening we Decorated Eggs, Conner kept telling us, "This is so much fun!" we did have way to much fun. Then Easter Morning my parents and I put a small Easter Egg Hunt for Conner, he was so cute to watch I believe he enjoyed every minute. He couldn't believe that the Easter Bunny came to his house and to Grandma and Grandpa's for him too.

I went home for Easter Weekend. We had such a blast (non stop I tell you) John couldn't make it due to class on Friday night and Saturday morning I missed him tons. So Saturday we went to the Titanic in Idaho Falls then we went to the Snake River because Conner wanted to feed the ducks, we had a great time.

We haven't been up to much lately, I've been playing with the girls the last two weekends. My mom, Lisa, and Cassi ( and her dance team) have been here in Boise for competition. We have a had a great time. Other then work, John schooling, and spending money we have been pretty boring. I got my Jeep lifted and John bought him a new toy a Bow. I have put the house on the side, but I do need to start painting again, I'm going with changing colors in our main floor. (Yepy)

Our Remodeling Project!!

The first photos are what my doors, molding/base boards look like, then I'm showing you what it looks like painted. We went darker walls and light on everything else.
So John and I are remodeling our whole house. We are painting walls and base boards, we were doing doors but I think we are just going to buy new doors instead. (We are not 100% sure yet). This has been one long project and I'm not even close yet, I have a long ways to go. I'm kinda enjoying it, it's the time that sucks I don't have much of it. I have been liking my results.
After the house is painted we are getting rid of the main floors carpet and placing hardwood floors and tile. It will be an never ending project. (that what is seems like) This is my new years goal and I want to be done by summer. Lets hope so.

For Thanksgiving, I flew home to spend the weekend with my family, I missed the dinner with everyone, but I did end up having a great dinner with my inlaws. It was hard to leave my husband because we haven't seen each other for 5 days; he went on a hunting trip came back and I left. But I had a great time with my family we had so mcuh fun. If you haven't noticed Conner had a little to much fun with my camera, he loves to take pics. We built a Ginger Bread House it is amazing how long it can take and the ideas you want to do, but I have to say I was pretty proud how it came out.

So My husband is gone for 6 days hunting and when he gets back I'm flying out to spend time with my family in Rigby. So I decided to to start on my Christmas. I have the North Pole Series and I just absolutely enjoy them but they can be alot of work putting them out. When Jon and I are back together in 2weeks we will put up our Christmas tree, that is something we do together every year.
So I also have a pic of Max I wanted to share (whats new). Last year we took him to Pet Co to get his picture taken with Santa. Now remember Max was just a puppy still at that time (7mons). He looks huge against Santa.

So we are horrible with our food storage, so we went on a shopping spree to get our food storage started. I can't believe how fast money goes when just buy cans of good and few other things. So I took my before and after pics of my food storage. Still not much but we are getting there.

I'm a week behind putting this together but I didn't even have much to work with. I forgot my camera and Charla had hers but didn't take much at the wedding. So Oct 25, 2008 Dr. Graham Hill and Tammy Tate got married. So John and I went to the wedding. It turned out to be wonderful day. The wedding was gorgeous, the food was great, and we all had a great time there.

On the night of Halloween, John was in class so Max and I was chilling together until John gets home, we have plans to go out. So I'm blogging while I wait and I caught Max sleeping on a pillow so I had to take a pic of it, then I tried to take a pic of the two of us - not easy. So Happy Halloween everyone.

Ok so I didn't want to take the time and make a mess to carve the pumpkins, so I decided to paint them by hand. I had a really good time but it took me forever. Surprise I waited the last minute - shocking, I finished the pumpkins the night before Halloween. So I took my before and after pics. They turned out ok, I would do things a little different next year. If anyone have great ideas please share them.

Max actually would love to play with any other animal if they would play back, but some reason they all hate him. Hum let me think LIVE STOCK!!!

There is two of us and we have three vehicals, but we keep the truck parked pretty much.

We are getting ready to remodel our house. We will be painting, putting hardwood floor, tile, and new counter tops. We just can't wait for the big mess, and the fun thing we are doing it ourselves. YEPY!!
Ever since I was a littel girl I was always an I Love Lucy fan. I finally bought the whole serious. I was reading the Jane Austin books before the twilight serious, and my sister inlaw Gloria kept bugging me to go and buy them. So now i'm reading these books and love them I'm almost done, I don't want them to end.
